Welcome to Oak Class! In Year 1, we build on the strong foundations from Reception and begin a more structured learning journey. The children develop their skills in reading, writing and maths, while continuing to learn through engaging, hands-on experiences. We support every child to grow in confidence, independence and a love of learning.
